Treatment for Acne and Skin



Although acne affects most of the adolescent population may occur at any age. It is not uncommon for adults to suffer from acne and acne often. In women, hormonal changes can cause acne, due to an overproduction of sebum (skin oil). Good hygiene is important, even if poor hygiene is not the cause of acne. Those suffering from acne should take precautions to reduce acne, and become familiar with the trigger.


Washing
Excessive washing can aggravate acne with dry skin or aggravate acne lesions. Use the right cleanser twice a day (morning and evening) should be sufficient.
Exfoliating
Gentle exfoliation can help swamps dead skin cells and cleans pores. A gentle exfoliation with beads or granules, can be used.
Treatment
Acne treatment can be worn at night to existing blemishes. Spot creams and treatments can shrink and dry your acne blemishes. Benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid are often used.
Beauty products
Cosmetic use of fat can contribute to acne. Choose non-comedogenic (will not clog pores).
Severe acne
Those who suffer from serious, or fibrosis, can opt for medical help for acne treatment options for research. The effects vary with each recipe. Options to be considered with the guidance of a dermatologist.
